Your assessment combines medical history, examination and diagnostic trichoscopy to create a personalized plan for male or female hair loss.

The Luxury approach
01 — UnderstandHair loss is not one diagnosis. It may be related to androgenetic alopecia, shedding disorders, inflammation, autoimmune processes, medicines, hormonal changes, deficiencies or other conditions. Consultation therefore begins by identifying the pattern, timeline and factors that may be involved.
Trichoscopy provides a magnified view of the scalp and hair shafts. Its findings are interpreted with your history and examination; it does not replace a biopsy or laboratory testing when specific signs make those tests appropriate.
This page provides guidance but does not diagnose or replace a consultation. The final recommendation depends on a professional assessment.
What we can assess
Each goal is reviewed separately to avoid unnecessary treatment and organize options with realistic expectations.
Distinguish progressive thinning, diffuse shedding, patches and inflammatory or scarring signs that need another diagnostic route.
Select topical, oral or complementary options according to cause, age, sex, history and reproductive context.
Document findings and compare density, caliber, tolerance and progression at scheduled reviews.
Clinical assessment
A responsible consultation does not begin with a procedure. It begins by identifying needs, medical history, limitations and alternatives.
Book a consultation on WhatsApp →Onset, speed and distribution of hair loss; family history and recent events.
Examination of the scalp, hair shaft, eyebrows, nails and related areas when relevant.
Trichoscopy to review miniaturization, caliber variation, density and signs of inflammation or scarring.
Medicines, medical conditions, nutrition, physiologic stress and hormonal changes; testing only when the history supports it.
Your experience
02 — SupportWe reconstruct when the loss began, how it has changed and which treatments have been tried.
Clinical examination and trichoscopy look for patterns and signs that guide the diagnosis.
We explain options, limitations, adverse effects and realistic goals before beginning a plan.
Consented clinical photography and follow-up help adjust the plan using evidence of progression.
Before deciding
Candidacy is not determined by a photograph or a trend. These are general guidelines and must always be confirmed during a consultation.
Safety and expectations
No hair medicine or procedure is right for everyone. Indication, dose, monitoring and clinical context must be individualized.
Minoxidil, finasteride and other medicines have contraindications and adverse effects that require review.
Selection for women needs particular attention to pregnancy, breastfeeding and possibility of pregnancy.
Visible change commonly takes months; clinical photographs and adherence help interpret the response.
If examination suggests scarring, autoimmune or another form of alopecia, testing or dermatology referral may be needed.
